It's still cold out, let's not kid ourselves!  So I thought it would be fun to make a small hot chocolate egg, filled with a dark chocolate ganache with a bit of salted caramel in it! 

These are for a small cup'o'hot chocolate.  Yes, I know I typically make sure giant mugs but this will be a delight!  Drop it in your mug hot milk product and you're set!  Each package has 3 small eggs in it, you know in case you do want a giant mug!
