The JIM bar: Named after "Canmore Jim" this is his ultimate favourite and he's our ultimate favourite! A small Dulce de Leche (caramel syrup) bar is stuffed inside this shell which is then filled with chocolate cookie crumbs and topped off with peanuts. (We love you too, Grace!!)

Pistachio and Tart cherry: By popular demand our tasting baton has made it into production. Pistachios and Montgomery Tart cherries are covered in not one, not two, BUT THREE kinds of chocolate! You should attend one of our tasting experiences to find out what makes this bar tick!

Pecan Caramel - we love love Caramels by Cali, they make the best caramel and so we have to use it in our stuffed bars.  This bar has a slice of caramel in it and our Signature Blend dark chocolate and candied pecans. Totally indulgent!

SquishGummies: Have you heard of Squishcandies.ca??! Well, your mouth has never had the decadence it's about to experience! Dark chocolate totally envelops the tang of these truly gourmet treats! We don't like to throw around the word "incredible" so we'll just say "SUPERWOW!" and leave it at that.
