So what's included in a Colleen's Chocolate Bar Making Experience?

I like to start with teas, Nespresso coffees, or (around Christmas) maybe a hot chocolate station so you can enjoy some bevvies while working.  I can usually (around Summer) also make specialized Cold Italian sodas using my collection of Evoolution Olive Oil bar's flavourful balsamic vinegars - {oh c'mon Colleen you'd be spoiling us!  I know, but I really like you all!}

Next, A Master Chocolatier (that's me!!!) will help you design and decorate your own custom chocolate bars (large size) - 3 of them in fact!  Hear all the tricks and tips about modern chocolate confectionery as you choose from about 30 inclusions/toppings and also learn the process that makes our signature blend of 62% chocolate (Mi Amere and Guayaquil) so snappy, tasty and delectable. Once they set, you get to proudly take your bars home to enjoy ... or hide them away from the people you live with!

Overall, your Experience is about 1.5 hours long and I have aprons and fuzzy socks too because I want to be able to create a perfect Danish style (but Canadian) Hygge experience for you! Come have comfortable chocolate fun  :)

Office organizers or party planners or just the friend who always pulls your gang together, take note: For each experience here at our teeny-tiny commercial kitchen we have comfortably a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 spots. Now wait - what if there's more than 5 of you and you love this idea??? Well, we can accommodate you but it takes some flexibility so just send us a head up in your email to (tastings@colleenschocolates.com) and we'll work to get it managed, organized, and planned out successfully! Don't be afraid to contact us as we will guide you along the way  as we've done it all from 1 to 1 hundred people both live events and now the ever-popular Zoom tastings as well!!
