You made beavers?  Yes, yes I did!  They're cute and very Canadian!

This summer I went and picked Saskatoon berries at a U-pick in Gwynne, Alberta and knew I needed to make a delicious chocolate filling with them.  And, what better mold to put that filling in than a beaver!  Plus, some caramel candied hazelnuts on the back and you've got a perfect treat!
