Cookie Bark? What's that!? 

Colleen picks her favourite cookies (Gingerbread from Birdhouse Bakeshop!) and then lays them and Crystalized Ginger chunks with Ginger Tea into a generous layer of her Phoenix Chocolate. Great for gifts, snacking, or just when you're sipping on a tea or coffee. Or hot chocolate ;)
